(1) If during the investigation according to section 10 it is found that a case should be filed, within the scope of filing such a case, the commission shall recommend to the relevant body to file a case and inform the relevant person.
(2) When making a recommendation in accordance with sub-section (1), the commission may also provide copies of the facts, documents and evidence collected during the investigation that will assist in filing the case to the relevant body.
(3) If there is a written request to prosecute the case according to sub-section (1), the Attorney General will make a necessary investigation on the matter and decide whether or not to prosecute the case.
